Balance occurs when there is coherence in our thinking, feeling and acting. When we exercise our different bodies and keep them as detoxified as possible. We also mentioned how to go deeper and co-create our life in a conscious way.
Meditation is key to making deep changes and achieving balance, and of course working in a healthy and positive state of mind, but keep it real. Remember to acknowledge emotions and take care of the body.
